In 90 days, you’ll feel embodied, confident and clear on your patterns with a calm, receptive nervous system for love. In 180 days, you’ll be actively dating curated matches with the relational skills to create connection, set standards and choose well.

Phase 1

Expect sensuality and embodiment practices, movement and dance, Tantra‑informed intimacy work, shame integration, inner‑child repair, and subconscious rewiring around sexuality, love and worth. You’ll leave with a personalized dating blueprint and clear standards you can actually hold.
Phase 2

MARIA TERESA CHAVEZ IS A TRANSFORMATIONAL DOULA, MENTOR, AND LIFE COACH, SPECIALIZING IN SPIRITUALITY AND RELATIONSHIPS, with 16 years of expertise in the metaphysical, shamanic, and holistic lifestyle fields.
She is deeply passionate about the intersection between psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, and earth-based wisdom; and loves to support people to recognize their divinity, make peace with their humanity, awaken their intuition/internal GPS, and harness their innate gifts to achieve their purpose and accomplish their divine directive.
She especially loves working with women who are mothers, mystics, leaders, entrepreneurs and executives.
Pairing her Peruvian and Venezuelan heritage and background of shamanic plant medicine work, she brings a reverence for the land and aspects of ceremony into all of her offerings.
By utilizing inner child healing techniques, reparenting skills, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, meditation, compassionate inquiry and loving-kindness towards ourselves and others, she helps those seeking clarity, equilibrium, and a sense of wonder and awe to create the life of their dreams.
Maria lives with her baby honey bear daughter, Ayla in Nevada City, CA. She is a passionate reader and adds to her extensive book collection almost daily. She loves the written word in all of it’s forms and is an avid writer. Her other favorite pastimes are long nature walks, dancing to afrobeat music, cooking and eating delicious healthy organic food, and helping to create a world that works for everyone, otherwise known as “the more beautiful world our heart’s know is possible.”

Can I join for just 3 months?
The first 30 days create your foundation. Most clients choose the full 6‑month path to practice in the real world with support. We do offer a Foundation‑only option if you don’t feel that the matchmaking component is for you.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching and embodiment container with education, practice and curated dating support.
